Bandeng Presto is a typical Indonesian food that comes from the city of Semarang, Central Java. This food is made from milkfish (Chanos Chanos) seasoned with garlic, turmeric and salt. Originally discovered by Hanna Budimulya starch born in the city, Central Java, and eventually became the major icon of Semarang.
